The products are designed to perform in a busy catering environment and the alumina in the vitrified clay body gives maximum strength. The product can withstand temperature fluctuation of up to 160* C, which ensures that piping hot main courses and ice chilled desserts can be served as required. The special formulated glaze enhances the product performance, improving stain and metal mark resistance and durability. The durable glaze prevents thermal shock and crazing. The vitrified body is fired at 1200* C, which ensures that the product do not absorb moisture and are more hygienic. The fully glazed base prevents the absorption of water and other materials. The products are designed to maximise space-saving in a commercial kitchen environment. The fully glazed base minimises contact, thereby preventing damage when stacking. The high thermal shock? resistance ensures that the product can withstand at least 5000 dishwasher cycles. All items are designed to fit easily into the dishwasher. The thermal properties ensure that the products are microwave and oven safe.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on the size of the products in your basket and your delivery location and will be applied during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Receiving your delivery
Arrange that you or your authorized representative, who is responsible, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt. Any person other than yourself who receives the items at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should nobody be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should nobody still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Damaged or wrong items at the point of delivery
When the courier company delivers your order the receiver must inspect the delivered item, before opening it. If any packaging is damaged, please do not accept delivery. Once the delivery note is signed, the receiver accepts the item has been received free from any physical damage. that the itemIf upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request, the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost.
